Hi everyone.
I just wanted to post something to explain this year, and the end of the last one. Give you an explanation for why everything has tailed off. To be honest we have had some issues with full stories not coming through since Imbrium. But nothing like this has happened before.
Everything was set for another narrative from another dimension. In an exciting development, it looked like we might have someone talking back to us. Then around day 263 of 1619 everything went haywire. The stuff that emerged from the Butter Mouse was a load of incomprehensible garbage, like the first few days we found her. For a while we thought she was broken, and our connection to all these other worlds was gone forever.
However, I am delighted to say we've had a load of stories rattle through in the last week, so our next year of stories can begin.
Be warned. They have a different flavour. For the first time in a long while we will not be posting a year long narrative, but short glimpses of different places. They are individual pieces from God knows where.
We thought at first this might be a step back. But some interesting tales have emerged from the gloom.
One disappointment is this dissonance means we do not have any artifacts to post alongside them. So to keep our visuals going, we have used Midjourney to try and recreate what these hidden spaces may look like. We hope you enjoy the results.
